London – More than 26 people died and more were injured during the night in Pakistan for Indian air attacks, said Pakistani officials, adding that the assault amounted to a “flagrant act of aggression.”
The attacks, which had begun with missile attacks on Early Tuesday, occurred in the midst of increasing tension while India continued to blame Pakistan for a deadly attack in April in the disputed Kashmir region. That militant attack, known as the Pahalgam incident, left 26 people dead in back controlled by India.

Pakistani military officers had promised to respond from the “air and earth.” The Indian army confirmed the latest attacks by New Delhi on Wednesday, saying in a statement that their forces were “responding properly in a calibrated way.”
At least 46 people were injured in Pakistan, the military spokesman, Lieutenant Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry at a press conference, said on Wednesday.

The Pakistan Foreign Ministry said he had summoned the main diplomat of India in Pakistan.
The attack “constitutes a clear violation of Pakistan’s sovereignty,” said the ministry in a statement, added: “The Indian side was warned that such reckless behavior raises a serious threat to regional peace and stability.”
